Shipping policy

Shipping cost:  A-lot goes into shipping. Time, proper packing supplies needed are costly, traveling to take package to carrier.  This is all considered in shipping cost.  We do not just place items into  envelope, mailer or box and label it.  We ship items to our customers they way we want to receive them to us.  Quality is upmost important to us and our customers. Our customers love us for our packaging prep for their orders. Any issue with shipping address customer is responsible to pay another shipping label cost of shipment. 

Mermaid Tracy works full time outside the Boutique.  Orders that are in house will be shipped on her next available business day she is available to ship.. 

Pre Orders are shipped out when they arrive on Mermaid Tracy next day off work.
